This book is about the adventures of a adventurous pea-brained fellow, the scarecrow and his faithful servant, Jack. These two adventruous fellows set off for Spring Valley, the place where the Scarecrow was made. But on their way to Spring Valley, they have exciting and outrageous adventures. However, one day, Jack, the servant, (Jack is a boy) wakes up to find their raft sailing somewhere in the sea. Well, the good news is that they survived. But the bad news is... that they were shipwrecked and were stranded on a tropical island. Soon, after a discussion with the birds and the discovery of an inner conviction, they are back on the mainland to protect Spring Valley from being poisened by the Buffalonis' factories. But the scarecrow and Jack have no idea what awaits them in the court...
